O valor da inscrição inclui:

Autores

Os autores de comunicação aceite têm necessariamente de efectuar o pagamento da taxa de inscrição correspondente.

No caso de múltiplos autores, deve(m) pagar inscrição apenas aquele(s) que estiver(em) presente(s) no evento.

Isenções

Estão isentos de pagamento da taxa de inscrição os membros da organização, das diversas comissões e os convidados.

Estudantes

O congresso é gratuito para colegas e alunos (de 1º, 2º e 3º Ciclos) da Universidade da Beira Interior. Destes, todos os que pretendam documentação/materiais de apoio e certificado de participação terão necessariamente de efectuar a inscrição e pagar a correspondente taxa.

The registration is made through the executive committee's e-mail - comunicarciencia@labcom.ubi.pt. To formalize it, it will be necessary to submit confirmation of the fee's payment, as well as the following information:

Authors

The author of an accepted communication must pay their correspondent registration fee.

In cases of multiple authors, the registration fee should only be payed by the ones that will be present during the event.

Exemptions

Guests, as well as members of the executive committee, or of any other of the event's committees, are exempt of the registration fee.

Students

Universidade da Beira Interior's faculty and students (undergraduate, graduate and PhD) may will be welcome free of charges. Nevertheless, the non-payment of the registration fee won't allow them to obtain documentation or participation certificate. To have them, the students must register and pay the correspondent fee.
